International Ombudsman Association April 13th - 16th, 2008 The Boston Park Plaza Hotel, Boston, MA "Making a Difference-The Ombudsman Impact" The 2008 International Ombudsman Association 3rd Annual Conference will be held in Boston, MA with Pre-Conference courses on April 13, 2008 and General Conference sessions during April 14-16, 2008. This conference is intended to help attendees increase awareness, knowledge and skills in order to become more effective catalysts for change within their organizations. We intend that keynote and plenary speakers, workshops, presentations, and panel discussions address the conference theme, "Making a Difference---The Ombudsman Impact".

IOA is going "Green". IOA is trying to reduce the amount of photocopies produced for the conference.
CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:
Notice of
cancellation must be in writing via facsimile or e-mail.
Cancellation

842-0376. If you must cancel your registration, you are encouraged to
send a substitute to take your place. Please contact the office and
notify us of the change so we can arrange for a name badge.
