Please plan ahead, New Requirements for Travelers.
You will need a passport to travel to Montreal for the 2009 Conference.

As of January 23, 2007, travelers to and from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States. This requirement will apply to all air travel and will be extended to all land and sea border crossings as early as January 1, 2008.

IOA is going "Green". IOA is trying to reduce the amount of photocopies produced for the conference.

Tue. April 14, 2009 - Board Meeting only

Wed. April 15, 2009 - Pre-Conference Courses

Thur. April 16, 2009 - Day One of General Conf.
Fri. April 17, 2009 - Day Two of General Conf.
Sat. April 18, 2009 - Day Three of General Conf.

Wednesday, March 11, 2009 is the Hotel Reservation Deadline and the Early Bird Registration Deadline

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Notice of cancellation must be in writing via facsimile or e-mail. Cancellation by telephone is not allowed. To cancel via e-mail, send the cancellation notice to:
info@ombudsassociation.org. To cancel by fax send to +1 (908) 842-0376. If you must cancel your registration, you are encouraged to send a substitute to take your place. Please contact the office and notify us of the change so we can arrange for a name badge.
If you cannot find a substitute to take your place, please refer to the following cancellation policy:

10 business days prior to the course - 100% refund
5-9 business days prior to the course - 50% refund
0-4 business days prior to the course - No refund
