The Journal of the International Ombudsman Association (JIOA) has been busy these past few months! Please visit our website if you have not done so recently. There are new articles and book reviews posted. These include:

The JIOA also accepts Media Reviews. These can be from something that you have read/watched recently or you can request one of the books that we have available (and will send to you at no cost to you). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.
