Becoming an Ombuds at MIT
Last week, 1 February 2023, marks the 50th anniversary of IOA Member, Mary Rowe's ombuds career. She served for almost 42 years as an organizational ombuds, reporting directly to five presidents of MIT, and is a prolific researcher and advocate for the field.
