The 13th International Association of Workplace Bullying and Harassment Conference

Register now! Engage in a variety of presentations focused on this year’s theme, Re-imagining Ways to Research and Address Workplace Bullying and Harassment. Including such topics as:

  • The neuroscience behind bullying
  • Communication
  • The role of unions
  • “The problem” with workplace respect policies
  • Culture change with innovative new tools
  • Models for workplace reconciliation and restoration
  • New methods for coaching
  • And, so much more.

Keynote speakers include Jenny Yang, Director of OFCCP, Lilia Cortrina, Professor and Bullying Expert, Kimberly Young-McLear, Antibullying and Policy Expert, and Guy Notelaers Professor and Workplace Bullying Expert.

You’ll also hear from two international rockstars, Gretchen Carlson and Julie Roginsky, whose stories of sexual harassment and assault at FOX News have been told across the globe in articles, news and movies. (Bombshell is a recent example.)

Due to their non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), these powerhouses know firsthand the psychological toll silence takes on a target, and how silence perpetuates the problem as employers’ reputations are protected. To effect change, they started Lift Our Voices, a nonprofit focused on the eradication of nondisclosure agreements for toxic work issues and mandatory arbitration clauses.

View the entire agenda here on the conference website, purchase your VIRTUAL or in-person registration here, and we’ll see you there. All addresses, keynotes, and presentations will be recorded; virtual attendees can attend live to participate in Q&A or watch the recordings on their own time. Virtual attendees will not have access to the workshops.

If you have any questions, please email the conference committee at [email protected].
