Create an annual report that conveys a compelling story of the ombuds role in your organiza tion! A well-crafted report can ground an ombuds office's identity and rol e, identify organizational challenges while sharing a vision of a more just organization, point ways toward that end, and create a roadmap for future efforts. This workshop reviews screenshots of annual report pages from cor porate, academic and governmental sectors, identifies lessons learned and e xplores specific ways to leverage the annual report to become a catalyst fo r organizational change.
