Biographies

Diana has 20 years of work experience.  During her career she has helped organizations improve employee performance through consulting, coaching, mentoring, training, programs development, and project management.   She has worked for companies like H-E-B, Shell, and Texaco.  Currently, she works for The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer were she has performed various roles in employee development, cultural competency, and organizational development.  She now is an ombudsperson who specializes in conflict coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution training.  Diana holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.  She is an ICF Certified Coach, has her SHRM-SCP, and has her Global Professional HR certification. Her passion is to help employees and teams unlock their potential by using their strengths to overcome their conflict challenges. She strives to help visitors and teams objectively explore, assess, and learn from their conflict so they can develop options for their next steps.
