About the Course

We all carry internal stories that we have collected over the years from our experiences and upbringing. We need to identify what these stories are and how they are impacting us. We can grow the stories that work well for us and that can strengthen our skills and being. We can learn ways to rewrite the stories that hold us back.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify significant stories that impact their work.
  • Learn ways to grow and strengthen their constructive stories.
  • Modify stories that hold them back by rewriting from negative to positive.
