Session Title: Empathy in Action: Elevating Conversations with Nonviolent Communication
Presenter: Kristina Richter - Ombuds at Mars

RSVP Today!

In high-stakes environments where every word matters, having a broad spectrum of communication tools is invaluable. This short workshop offers an opportunity to explore the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) model—a thoughtful approach, developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, that can complement our existing methods for navigating complex conflicts with empathy and clarity.

This session is designed for us, Mediators and Ombudsman, as we are seeking to foster mutual understanding, de-escalate tensions, and support sustainable agreements through compassionate dialogue. By expanding our communication toolkit with NVC principles, we may find new ways to approach challenging interactions with openness, empathy, and authenticity.
