Long overdue Tom! Don't know where we'd be without The Ombuds Blog. I wonder how many of us you have helped specifically with securing ombuds roles in organizations. Grateful to Dr. Alicia Booker for recognizing all of us in addition to her contributions to IOA. Honored to be recognized with such an exceptional group of colleagues. As some of us decrease in volunteering, please consider how some of you might increase. Grow with us!

I am so glad to see each of these colleagues recognized for their innovations and hard work and generosity. Tom Kosakowski's Blog in particular is an incredible, world wide resource for those trying to understand the unique work of OOs, as well as supporting each one of us in the nascent organizational ombuds profession.
