About the Webinar

Create an annual report that conveys a compelling story of the ombuds role in your organization!  A well-crafted report can ground an ombuds office's identity and role, identify organizational challenges while sharing a vision of a more just organization, point ways toward that end, and create a roadmap for future efforts.  This workshop reviews screenshots of annual report pages from corporate, academic and governmental sectors, identifies lessons learned and explores specific ways to leverage the annual report to become a catalyst for organizational change.

  • Learn varied approaches to develop and present an Annual Report
  • Learn to tell the story important to your organization
