Submit Presentation Materials

Email your finalized PowerPoint presentation to the IOA office at [email protected] and upload your polls, PowerPoints, and handouts to your session no later than Monday, 15 September 2025. The IOA office will not share your presentation during your session but will have it available in case of technical issues.

Please provide any pre-course work, handouts, or notes for attendees that you would like to share no later than Monday, 15 September 2025. All materials must be in PDF format. Documents will be added to your session information on the IOA website and shared with attendees in pre-event communication.

Attend the speaker and moderator run-though on 15 September at 3:00 PM PT/ 5:00 PM ET OR 17 September at 9:00 AM PT/ 12:00 PM ET.

Confirm Breakout Room Details Will you need breakout rooms for your sessions? If yes…

  1. How many breakout rooms? How many participants per room?
  2. How long would you like participants to be in the breakout room?
  3. Would you like participants to self-select particular topics (if so, what are the names of those topics?), or be assigned a room at random?
