IOA Trailblazer Award

Honoring those who have made significant contributions to the ombuds profession

The IOA Board of Directors established the Trailblazer Award in 2022 for individuals who have made significant contributions to the organizational ombuds field over an extended period of time. Award recipients may have served as an organizational ombuds, but are not required to have served as an organizational ombuds to receive this Award.
