We are pleased to introduce the new Strategic Direction for IOA, which builds upon the consistent goals and foundational priorities established in previous strategic plans. While remaining grounded in IOA’s core mission and values, this renewed direction emphasizes innovative strategies and forward-looking tactics designed to strengthen the association, elevate the visibility and impact of the profession, and position both IOA and organizational ombuds practice for continued growth and relevance in an evolving global landscape.
This Strategic Direction reflects our commitment to supporting members, advancing professional excellence, and ensuring that IOA remains a trusted leader and resource for both the profession and those interested in the function. Through this work, we aim to foster greater awareness, expand engagement opportunities, and enhance the value and influence of organizational ombuds programs across sectors and communities.
